Where are you located?

We have fulfillment centers throughout Alabama, from the Port of Mobile up into North Alabama. Our locations are strategic in that it is relatively easy to move freight into and out of the state either via FTL/LTL or Container. Our outbound footprint offers a two-day ground delivery via FedEx to most of the Eastern United States.

Can I ship directly to businesses and consumers with BR Williams?

Absolutely. We can provide both small parcels and LTL fulfillment. Our team will create an SOP for each facet of your business to make sure that we fulfill every order correctly, based on your needs.

I’m a small or medium-sized business. Do you allow us to ship on your FedEx account?

Absolutely! One of the benefits of working with a 3PL is access to shipping rates that you would not be able to get otherwise. Of course, you always have the option to ship on your FedEx/UPS account as well.

Is BR Williams Trucking, Inc. ISO 9001:2015 Certified?

YES! ISO 9000 is a series of quality standards that outline the requirements for quality management systems. These standards were developed to promote worldwide standards for management of quality. On April 10, 2002, we first received our certification from our registrar NSF International Strategic Registrations, LTD., and are currently in good standing. An auditor from NSF-ISR conducts surveillance audits and Re-assessment audits periodically to examine our quality system for compliance. The certification is utilized within BR Williams to develop, implement, and improve the effectiveness of the processes and procedures to assure consistent quality service to our customers.
